I cater for all fitness levels. From the elite athlete to someone who has never trained before. I customise the intensity level to suit your level of fitness and your goals.
Do I have to live in Greensborough Victoria to train?
Organic Mind & Body has a private training facility I also offer online coaching. This allows youto train at your local gym and check in with me on a regular basis to ensure your fitness goals are being reached.
