Body transformations are a great way to build a foundation of knowledge to achieve your fitness goals. During the body transformation you will learn how good nutrition and training can get you in the best shape of your life.
12 weeks is almost the perfect time frame when it comes to body transformations because you will learn new habits and truly understand what it means to have a healthy lifestyle.
1. INITIAL CONSULTATION
- I discuss your goals and get to know your current lifestyle so I can design a nutrition plan and a training program specific to your goals and your current health and fitness level.
2. WEEKLY CHECK INS
- You will check in with me once a week. Here we will go through any questions or issues you may have to keep you on track.
- Check ins can be done face to face or via zoom and phone calls depending on your location.
3. WEEKLY NUTRITION AND TRAINING UPDATES
- You will get weekly nutrition tips and recipes.
- You will get training tips and advice to keep training fun and enjoyable.
4. PROGRESS TRACKING EVERY 4 WEEKS
- I will compare your measurements, weight and photos every 4 weeks to track your progress.
5. UNLIMITED ASSISTANCE
- You can contact me any time for any questions you might have or support.
6. PRIVATE ACCESS
- You will have access to my private Facebook page where you will be with like minded people.
