Wellness coaching gives clients the tools to become the best they can be emotionally, physically, mentally and much more! It allows us to identify factors in areas of our lives to make positive changes to better our overall life.

Reach your goal

Wellness is achieved in a series of steps that allow us to  take control of actions that will lead to our desired goal.

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

    • You will complete a questionnaire so we can identify specific areas in your life and prioritise them for us to work on.
    • I discuss your goals and get to know your current lifestyle so I can design a Action plan specific to your Wellness goals.

2. WEEKLY CHECK INS

    • You will check in with me once a week. Here we will go through any questions or issues you may have to keep you on track.

3. PROGRESS TRACKING EVERY 4 WEEKS

    • I will compare your notes and action you’re taking in areas of your life every 4 weeks to track your progress.

4. UNLIMITED ASSISTANCE

    • You can contact me any time for any questions you might have or support.
